Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is packed and on its way.

Delivery Areas
We currently ship within Singapore only.

Delivery Options
Standard Delivery: 2-3 business days, $3 flat rate
Same Day Delivery: $5 flat rate (order cut-off times apply)

Free standard delivery on all orders above $50.

Tracking
Once your order is out for delivery, you'll receive a tracking link via email to follow its progress.

Delays
While we do our best to meet the timelines above, delivery times may occasionally be affected by courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. We'll keep you updated if this happens.
